the champaca book subscription: travel

project: illustration of the books selected and sent in the champaca book subscription, in the theme of travel (july 2021-june 2022)

concept: watercolour illustrations of the books curated in the theme of ‘travel’. the books chosen explore the theme of travel in different ways: travelling for necessity, travelling inward, travelling through space and time. this illustration was used across social media through the year, and printed at the end of the year as an A5 art print.
